Hailey Beiber and her husband met with the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, and his wife Brigitte. Hailey opted to wear an open back, midriff baring, sleeveless halter top. There were essentially two strips of fabric covering her breasts. The top was worn with a modest midi length skirt.
That outfit is more appropriate for partying at a club, lounge or the red carpet. Meeting with a head of state is a formal occasion that requires dressing in a way that is not distracting, and shows respect for the office. She cannot expect to be taken seriously, as some sort of intellectual with that much of her body showing. She has created quite an impression based on some of the feedback from fans, and I am sure she left an impression on President Macron. But is that the really the way she wants to be perceived?
