2. They both have corroborating witnesses and timelines for their accounts of the incidents in question.

3. They were both able to recount specifics regarding the nature of their attacks, harassment, and assault.

4. They both exposed themselves, their families and friends to negative public attention. They both subjected themselves to national and international humiliation.

5. They both did not benefit for their contribution to the national dialog about how women are treated, and the double standard that continues to benefit men financially, socially, and professionally.
